at Amazon Devices,I lead the design organization
focused on creating design system for Amazon devices.
For the design community
Design field is fairly young and evolving, compared to its counterpart like engineering. As a veteran in the field, makes me feel old ;), its our responsibility to collectively up the quality quotient and raise the bar. I have started doing my bit, by mentoring upcoming designers. I have been engaged with platforms like adplist.org and antwak.com to share my learnings. And, to be honest it has been a learning experience for me as well to interact with young and brilliant minds on these platforms.
